Chinese Noodle Stir Fry

Chinese noodle stir fry
This is a quick and easy as well as healthy Chinese noodle dish.
Prep. Time: 30 minutes.
Serves: 4-6.
1 pound pork tenderloin OR ↓
1 pound sirloin steak OR ↓
1 pound boned, skinned chicken breasts
2-4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger OR 1 teaspoon ground ginger
2-4 tablespoons sesame oil
1 medium green OR red bell pepper, seeded and sliced thin
1 medium carrot, julienne
1 medium onion, sliced thin
8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts, drained
8 ounces fresh OR frozen snow pea pods
8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
8 ounces fresh OR canned bean sprouts
1 package Chinese stir-fry noodles, prepared as directed
Trim fat from meat and slice meat thinly.
In a hot wok, stir-fry meat, garlic, and ginger in sesame oil for 3 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, except noodles, and stir-fry until vegetables have reached desired tenderness and most of the liquid has evaporated.
Stir in noodles and serve.
