Chocolate Biscuit Pudding

A favorite pudding that all pudding and dessert fans will enjoy.
1 packet biscuits (any kind of sweet crackers or cookies)
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
10 tablespoons icing sugar
1 cup cashew nuts, crushed
2 eggs
1 cup milk
Combine butter and sugar. Mix well and add cocoa powder. Add in the eggs and blend until smooth.
The pudding will look good in a glass tray or in a big bowl.
Next soak the biscuits in milk and place in the tray one at a time. Pour some of the chocolate mixture on top of the soaked biscuits and then again soak some more biscuits. Repeat the process until you have 3-4 layers and then at last on top of the last chocolate mix add some crushed cashew nuts. Refrigerate for 2 hours and then serve.
