Cream Cheese Pinwheels

Fill these lovely cookies with your favorite jam.
Ingredients:
2 sticks butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup jam (your favorite)
Method:
Preheat oven to 350F (180C) degrees. Combine butter, sugar and cream cheese in a bowl on medium until creamy.
Next add your egg yolk, vanilla, salt and beat until smooth. Add flour and mix on low until it comes together.
Place dough into a piping bag and pipe out cookies. Make wells in the center and pipe with jam.
Bake cookies until the edges are golden brown for about 10-20 minutes.
