Creamy Cold Potato Salad

Perfect for a picnic or outdoor bbq.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup plain mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1/4 teaspoon castor sugar
1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
1 medium sized peeled and boiled potato
Method:
1. Cut the potato into wedges.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk well.
3. Now, stir in the boiled potato wedges into the mayo mix.
4. Place the potato salad into a serving dish. Serve chilled.
