English Noodle Hamburgers

English muffins topped with a delicious noodle-meat mixture.
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 small bag of egg noodles (cooked and drained)
1/2 finely diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 dill pickle slices
4 English muffins, halved
butter or soft margarine
Preheat oven to 375F (190C) degrees.
Brown 1 pound of ground beef in skillet with onion.
Add cooked egg noodles.
Add cream of mushroom soup to meat mixture and stir.
Place 8 English muffin halves on cookie sheet. Spread butter or margarine on them.
Put about a 1/4 to 1/2 cup noodle-meat mixture on top of muffins. Place one dill pickle slice onto each.
Place into oven and bake for 10-12 minutes or until muffins start to get toasted around edges.
Serves 4-8.
