Fruit Shake

A healthy fruit milkshake recipe kids can make.


4 strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/2 of an apple
1 1/2 cup of milk
2 teaspoons of sugar
2 cups of crushed ice

Blend all of the ingredients together for 2 minutes. Then serve.
