Here's my secret to making the perfect ice cream floats:
Put 1 scoop of ice cream in glass first. Fill half the glass with soda or juice. Then add the other scoop of ice cream. Add as much soda or juice to fill the glass (watch out for the froth!).
Strawberry Spider
1 cup vanilla ice cream
2 cups strawberry soda
whipped cream
Scoop vanilla ice cream into a tall glass. Pour strawberry soda (be careful to pour slowly as it froths). Spoon whipped cream on top.
