Kristmas Kolachi Kookies

These kolachi pastry cookies are filled with sweet fruit filling. They make a sweet treat that kids will enjoy eating during the holidays.
4 cups flour
4 egg yolks
1 packet of yeast
1/2 pint sour cream
solo pie filling (apricot is the best)
powdered sugar
Add flour, egg yolks, yeast, and sour cream together until dough forms. Cut dough into 4 sections. Roll dough very thin 1/8 in. Cut into squares 1 inch by 1 inch.
Put small dollop of pie filling in center. Fold the dough opposite ends and crimp.
Bake in oven for 12 minutes at 350F (180C) degrees.
Sprinkle with powder sugar when finished.
