Loaded Potato

Stuffed potatoes loaded with meat and melted cheese. Add your own toppings.
2 baked potatoes
cooked meat (ground beef, barbecue, etc.)
shredded cheese (American, cheddar, Monterrey Jack)
When potatoes are done, cut in half and scoop out the middle of the potatoes.
Put any kind of meat inside the potatoes. Add your favorite kind of cheese on top.
Place potatoes on a baking tray. Then cook it for a few minutes in the oven to melt the cheese.
Then eat - yummy!
Note: You can add salt and pepper, sour cream and chives, salsa and guacamole or anything you like to your potato.
