Microwave Egg Free Chocolate Cake

Make this egg free chocolate cake to impress your friends. It only takes 5 minutes in the microwave!


Ingredients:

1 cup atta or maidaflour
1 cup sugarground
2 tablespoons malaibutter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1-2 drops any essence vanilla
2-3 drops chocolate essence
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon oil for greasing

Method:

Step 1: Take butter or malali in a bowl and pour 1 cup of sugar and mix it until creamy.


Step 2: Sift all the dry ingredients 2 times and then add 1 cup of milk into the mixture and mix. Now add the essence into it.

Step 3: Mix both the mixtures and mix them very well.

Step 4: Take a microwave safe dish and pour some oil into that {1spoon} and spread it all over the dish. Now put some flour and spread it well on the dish without touching the surface...this process is known as greasing.

Step 5: Pour the mixture in the dish. Set it in the microwave for 5 minutes...and your eggless chocolate cake is ready.

Note::: if you don't have chocolate essence and cocoa powder you can make a simple vanilla cake...enjoy!
