Make these golden cupcakes and you will want more!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour 1 half cup of sugar pinch of salt 1 teaspoon baking powder vanilla essence 1 cup warm milk 50 grams (3 1/2 tablespoons) butter
Method:
Sift the dry ingredients together then mix in the butter until you get a crumbly mixture. Add the vanilla essence and stir. Mix in the warm milk and cook at 180 C(356 F) for 20 minutes.
You should end up with irresistible golden brown cupcake.
