Carmel Icing Recipe
1 stick unsalted butter 1 cup brown sugar, packed firmly 1/4 cup whole milk 2 cups confectioner's sugar, sifted
In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add brown sugar and milk. Stir and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add confectioner's sugar and mix well.
