This is a review on Sarah's honey cookies.
My biscuits turned out to be extremely thin and crispy and I am not sure if it was me who got it wrong or Sarah.

Note from Clarissa, Mom Chef: Evie, biscuits are hard and dry in texture compared to American cookies that are more moist and soft and cake-like. However, if the recipe was too dry and crispy, you might try adding more butter next time. Hopefully Sarah will be able to comment. Thanks for your feedback.
