Savory Spicy Cheese

Try this delicious spicy cheese spread on crusty bread.

2 ounces of grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 small red chili finely chopped (or dried chili flakes)
1 small red onion finely chopped
1 boiled egg - finely chopped
salt and pepper
2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Large roll or thick crusty bread

Mix all ingredients together and spread lavishly on roll/bread and enjoy!
