A super-healthy quick and easy meal using ground turkey.
1 pound ground turkey 1 cup grated carrots 1 cup sweet peas 1/2 cup instant brown rice 1/2 cup water
Brown turkey in a skillet. Add vegetables and rice. Mix well. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and let simmer for 20 minutes to cook rice and carrots. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Completely cool before serving. Leftovers can be refrigerated or frozen for later.
